Book a Group Workout
As part of CrossFit 168’s workplace wellness program, we offer one-hour group training sessions at our Sydney CBD location, corner of Sussex and Druitt. The workouts are a fun and unique way for your team to bond out of the office.
CrossFit combines a variety of functional movements from weightlifting, gymnastics and monostructural (cardio) training into high intensity workouts. The sessions can be adapted to any group size and fitness level — from people who are just starting out to those who have trained for years.
Each session has a $250 minimum which includes the first 10 participants.
Additional participants are $10 each, up to a maximum of 20 people.
