We offer classes for eager beginners, seasoned veterans, and everyone in-between. All classes are one-hour long.

Welcome to your perfect functional workout. We pack as much work into this one-hour class as possible. Each class includes a comprehensive warm-up, gymnastics skill or weightlifting strength work, and one or more metabolic conditioning workouts.

If you’re looking to improve your gymnastics and olympic lifting technique you’ve found the perfect place to do it. This class focuses on the skills needed to be a great Crossfitter while improving your strength along the way.

 
 

Weightlifting

If you want to improve your olympic weightlifting technique, you can’t afford to miss our Saturday morning weightlifting class. Taught by Australia’s strongest olympic lifter, with an emphasis on perfecting movement patterns and efficiency before loading weight on the bar.
