Focus on Strength, speed, power and weightlifting technique with CrossFit Lift. These sessions focus on developing the Olympic lifts and conclude with a workout that tend to be heavier and have a greater emphasis on Barbell movements.

CROSSFIT GYMNASTICS

Each gymnastics session have a particular movement focus such as muscle ups, handstand push ups or double unders. Learn the correct technique to master these movements by moving through drills, holds and movement breakdown.

MAX OUT WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB

Run by expert coach Tommy Cumberworth, this one hour class focused purely on the two Olympic lifts – the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. The focus is on breaking down the techniques of these two lifts.
